The Three Five Scouts Day of the Republic of China was designated by the Scouts Association of the Republic of China. It originated on March 5, 1926 and was decided by the Second Central Executive Committee of the Kuomintang. Its predecessor, the China Boy Scouts Association; in 1935, The Military Federation decided to set March 5 each year as Boy Scouts' Day. On this day of each year, the scouts of Taiwan’s counties and cities usually hold various activities to celebrate.
