International students with high school diplomas are allowed to apply for the 4-year bachelor-degree programs; those with bachelor degrees are allowed to apply for the master-degree programs.  The time span for studying for bachelor degrees is 4 years; it can be extended with 2 more years.  The time span for studying for master degrees is from 1 to 4 years.

This form is only for applicants who do not have overseas Chinese status, or Hong Kong and Macau citizen status and do not hold a Republic of China passport.
Foreign students with a high school diploma are eligible to apply for undergraduate study.

During the 1st of February to the end of April each year.
