Chen Wen-cheng, a teacher in the Department of Food and Beverage Management at JUST, with 13 years of practical experience in the hotel industry and expertise in baking, won a gold medal at the quadrennial "Luxembourg World Cup International Culinary Competition" with his superb dough sculpting technique in creating an artistic bread piece titled "King Arthur - Going to War," stunning the international judges. His outstanding performance was recognized by the Ministry of Education in the 15th "Vocational Education Glory - Teacher Group Competition Excellence Award."
