JUST's "2026 California Raisin Creative Sustainable Baking Competition" was held on May 16th.

The competition, centered on "sustainability, health, and innovation," used California raisins as the main ingredient and attracted participation from college and high school students. The college group champion was Liu Chih-Wei from Fu Jen Catholic University, while the high school group champion was Chiang Tsai-Yu from Guansi High School. The event successfully promoted a platform for combining hospitality education with green eating practices.
