The College of Hospitality & Tourism Management at JUST implemented the 2025 New Taipei City Government Hakka Affairs Bureau subsidy project to promote Hakka culture, presenting "Learn to Cook This Afternoon – Understanding and Promoting Hakka Dishes with Four Braised and Four Stir-fried Dishes." The event focused on the four braised and four stir-fried Hakka dishes and the culture of the Yiminye (a local deity), promoting and preserving the most delicious and authentic Hakka culture.

On November 11, in 2025, the event invited Chief Secretary Wu Zongren of the New Taipei City Hakka Affairs Bureau and faculty members of Jinwen University to participate in a lively "Hakka Cuisine Banquet Exhibition." This exhibition mainly included dynamic demonstrations and cooking demonstrations of the four braised and four stir-fried Hakka dishes, as well as a static exhibition of award-winning sustainable and creative Hakka divine pig dishes, showcasing the preservation of Hakka culinary traditions and providing guided tours and performances.
