Jinwen University of Science and Technology (JUST) （景文科大）was honored to welcome Datdaruni School from Thailand on October 9 for a day of immersive cultural and professional learning.
The event was personally hosted by Associate Dean Dr. Yang Ming-Hsien(楊明賢）, reflecting the university’s strong commitment to international education. It also featured a certificate presentation by Director Shu Li-Chuan（舒麗娟） from the Admission Service Center, creating a warm and memorable closing to the event.
The visit offered a comprehensive program with two major learning experiences:
☕ Taiwanese Tea Culture Workshop – Students learned about the history, varieties, and etiquette of Taiwanese tea culture. Guided by an expert instructor, they brewed and tasted tea themselves, discovering the deep cultural values of hospitality and mindfulness. Many participants shared that they were impressed by the elegance and philosophy behind Taiwanese tea culture and its role in connecting people.
✈️ Aviation Classroom & Uniform Experience – One of the day’s highlights was the hands-on aviation session. Students entered JUST’s professional aviation classroom to explore the roles, responsibilities, and service processes of flight attendants. They also had the unique opportunity to try on authentic airline uniforms from different countries, practicing in-flight etiquette and professional posture. This immersive experience sparked great enthusiasm and inspired many to consider future careers in the aviation and service industries.
The event concluded with a certificate ceremony, heartfelt words of appreciation, and a group photo capturing smiles and memorable moments. It was more than just a campus visit — it was a meaningful cultural journey that deepened friendship and mutual understanding between Taiwan and Thailand. 📸
