JUST promotes sustainable ESG food and agriculture education and joins hands with the American Potato Board to hold a national teacher training workshop.
The Department of Food and Beverage Management of the College of Hospitality & Tourism Management of JUST and the American Potato Board jointly held the "Yongji ESG Food and Agriculture Education-American Potato and American Cheese National Teacher Training Workshop" at the W Hotel in Taipei on June 21 (Sat.), in 2025.
This workshop is hosted by the American Potato Board and organized by the Department of Food and Beverage Management of JUST through industry-university cooperation. It aims to introduce the concept of ESG (environmental protection, social responsibility and corporate governance) through food and agriculture education, strengthen teachers' ability to integrate nutrition knowledge, international ingredients and practical teaching, and further cultivate educational professionals with sustainable awareness and international vision.
