2025/12/25 (Thu.) Constitution Day

 

Constitution Day is a statutory holiday in the Republic of China, scheduled on December 25 every year, to commemorate the Constitution on December 25, 1947 (the 36th year of the Republic of China). In 1963 (the 52nd year of the Republic of China), the Executive Yuan approved the Ministry of the Interior's request to designate Constitution Day as a national memorial day, and a day off was given on December 25 every year. From 2001 (the 90th year of the Republic of China) to 2024 (the 113th year of the Republic of China), it was changed to a commemoration without a holiday, and it is scheduled to resume the holiday from 2025 (the 114th year of the Republic of China).
