2025/12/05 (Fri.) Seamen's Day
On December 5, in 1915, Chen Yingshi instigated an uprising on the Zhaohe warship in Shanghai to support the Father of the Nation's call to fight against Yuan Shikai. In 1945, the government designated that day as Seamen's Day to commemorate the naval heroes who first rebelled on the ship.
