We invited #Heyi Clinic #Zhou Yihui #counseling psychologist to give a speech.
The instructor focuses on how to communicate effectively in romantic relationships to enhance emotional intelligence, establish healthy relationship boundaries and express needs. Through theoretical explanations, practical suggestions and case sharing, the audience is provided with clear and actionable steps.
It made me realize that love wisdom is not just "#love skills", but through deep #self-understanding and clear boundary setting, one can communicate and interact more effectively. In particular, the concepts of boundary setting and emotional #self-responsibility made me realize that in a relationship, we must not only learn to #respect each other, but also know how to protect ourselves, clearly #express our emotions and needs, and maintain the harmony and health of the relationship.
