On a cold and rainy day in early April, a group of enthusiastic JUST students, sponsored by the Ministry of Education's Deepening Project and the Tan Shengdao Charity Foundation, formed the Xiu Xiu Big Baby Charity Cooking Team from the Art Catering Club and the Aboriginal Daruan Club. On April 1, they set out to the Xinxian Tribe Silver Health Station at Wulai District, in New Taipei City, to accompany the Atayal elders in a learning and dining event for the young and the silver. They brought DIY light clay activities and rich and nutritious dishes. The elders also happily introduced interesting stories of the tribe, and spent a day that warmed their stomachs and hearts.
