2025/3/25 (Tue.) Art Festival

 

The first Art Festival was celebrated on March 25, 1944 (the 33rd year of the Republic of China). The government established the Art Festival with the main purpose of promoting traditional Chinese culture and hoping that artists can step out of the studio and into society to achieve the lofty goal of beautifying the world. After the Nationalist government moved to Taiwan, it held various celebration activities every year on March 25, the Art Day, to promote aesthetic education in society and take root.
