JUST Department of Travel Management’s Shenao Cup National Tourism Aviation Catering and Food Design Creative Competition concluded successfully with a new generation of catering talents showing their creative sparks.
 
The "Shennao Cup National Tourism/Airline Catering Food Design Creative Competition" organized by the Department of Travel Management of the College of Hospitality & Tourism Management of JUST came to a successful conclusion on December 16. Dean Hu Yizhen of the College of Hospitality & Tourism Management explained that this competition aims to inspire students’ enthusiasm for tourism and catering, cultivate their creative implementation abilities, and promote student exchanges across the country. The competition is divided into two categories: "Inflight Catering Menu Design" and "Exploring the Taste of My Hometown". The contestants used their endless creativity to skillfully combine traditional food with modern elements to design stunning meals. They also explored the specialties of their hometown and cleverly combined traditional culture with modern creativity.
