On April 29, in 2026, JUST and the Northern Region Branch of the Ministry of Labor’s Workforce Development Agency jointly hosted the "JUST 2026 Campus Job Fair." The event attracted 82 high-performing enterprises and organizations, offering over 2,480 diverse job openings across four major sectors: food, beverage, and tourism; finance and insurance; retail and trade; and technology and manufacturing.

Centered on the principle of "matching the right talent to the right role," the event aimed to achieve four key objectives: bridging the gap between academia and industry, enhancing interview competitiveness, deepening industry-academia collaboration, and improving post-graduation employment outcomes. By integrating resources from the Zhonghe Employment Service Station and local community leaders, the event was opened to students from nearby schools and local residents seeking career changes, successfully establishing a mutually beneficial local employment service network involving industry, government, and academia.
