Fruit and Vegetable Carving: Kao Shih-ta's team used delicate knife skills to present "Taiwanese Delicacies," showcasing diverse culinary culture; "Diamond Protector Pagoda - Dragon and Tiger Bring Auspiciousness" uses a winter melon carving from the Kaohsiung Dragon and Tiger Pagodas to convey religious traditions of blessing.

Artistic Bread: Chen Wen-cheng's team integrated traditional soy sauce brewing culture with "The Art of Soy Sauce Making," and enthusiastically demonstrated bread fermentation techniques on site.
