Lin Chia-hsuan, Department of Food and Beverage Management, Wins the 20th "Vocational Education Excellence Award"

Lin Chia-hsuan, a student from the Department of Food and Beverage Management at JUST, has won the Ministry of Education's 20th "Vocational Education Excellence Award." Despite having no baking experience before university, she demonstrated exceptional focus by spending six months creating a fondant artwork of a "Thai Dancer," which won a perfect score and a special gold medal at the IKA Culinary Olympics in Germany. Furthermore, she has also won a gold medal at the Singapore Culinary Competition and was selected as a National Outstanding Youth.
