After the pandemic, our university has finally resumed its overseas study visit programs!
Today, the faculty and students of the Department of Food and Beverage Management at Jinwen University of Science and Technology successfully departed for Tokyo, Japan, to begin the “Asian Overseas Study Tour — A Journey into Tokyo’s Culinary Craftsmanship” ✨
This study tour focuses on food and beverage, desserts, baking, and culinary culture. It leads students beyond the classroom and onto the international stage, allowing them to gain an in-depth understanding of Japan’s culinary craftsmanship, innovative aesthetics, and attention to service details through on-site visits and observations.

From renowned dessert shops and professional confectionery schools to kitchenware streets, students will broaden their international perspectives through observation, learning, and hands-on experiences. They will also connect what they have learned in the classroom with real-world practices in the overseas culinary industry, gaining valuable inspiration for their future career development.
