Recipient of the Youth Medal🎖️ The Youth Medal aims to recognize young people aged 13 to 45 who possess excellent character, outstanding achievements, and have made significant contributions to the nation and society. This award is considered the highest honor for youth, covering categories such as loyalty, filial piety, benevolence, sports, academic excellence, international glory, and innovation.

In the International Glory category, after preliminary review, secondary review, and final review, I stood out from many candidates and became the only winner in the International Glory category. I feel extremely honored.

I remember when I was a junior at Luodong Commercial High School, under the guidance of Professor Chen Fengzhou, I developed a passion for fruit carving and decided to continue studying this project in university. That's why I chose Jingwen University of Science and Technology, where I met Professor Gao Shida. He is one of the most important mentors in my life. He is also a recipient of the 2019 Youth Medal. Today, I am honored to receive the award for my technical achievements. These achievements are inseparable from his guidance. For the past five years, from university to now, we have been a group of young people with dreams, and this group is the Chinese Culinary Arts Fruit Carving Club led by Professor Gao. I am very grateful for the guidance of my seniors and the companionship of my juniors in my efforts to participate in numerous international competitions, allowing me to showcase myself on the competition stage.

I am very happy to have this opportunity to achieve this result alongside Professor Gao and the seniors of the Chinese Culinary Arts Fruit Carving Club, successfully letting the world see Taiwan and the art of Taiwanese fruit and vegetable carving.

Thank you to all the many benefactors who have helped and supported me along the way, giving me this opportunity to receive the Youth Medal.
