There are two different dates for "Meteorological Day": March 21st is Taiwan's Republic of China Meteorological Day, while February 10th is International Meteorological Day. The World Meteorological Organization's commemorative day is March 23rd, known as World Meteorological Day.
Republic of China Meteorological Day: March 21st
This day is the spring equinox, proposed by the Republic of China Meteorological Society in 1970 and approved by the Ministry of the Interior in 1982, to commemorate the hard work of meteorologists.
International Meteorological Day: February 10th
This day was established in 1991 by French meteorologists to promote meteorological science.
It is an international celebration that promotes transnational science exchange by selecting outstanding meteorological programs and presenters.
World Meteorological Day: March 23rd
This day was established by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) to commemorate the entry into force of the World Meteorological Organization Convention on March 23, 1950.
