Taipei International Culinary Challenge: Department of Food and Beverage Management, JUST, Wins National Elite Team Championship in Vegetable and Fruit Carving.
The 2025 Taipei International Culinary Challenge (TIC) was held from November 14th to 17th at the Nangang Exhibition Center. Students and faculty from the Department of Food and Beverage Management at JUST achieved outstanding results in this international competition, winning the national elite team championship in vegetable and fruit carving, one championship trophy, 8 highest score trophies, 14 gold medals, 17 silver medals, 11 bronze medals, and the Best Team Award. Their exceptional professional skills and innovative culinary techniques brought glory to the university.
