JUST Wins Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medals at the 26th FHC China Shanghai International Culinary Arts Competition 2025.
The 26th FHC China Shanghai International Culinary Arts Competition will be held from November 12th to 14th, in 2025 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre in Pudong, China. This three-day competition is an A-level international event officially certified by the World Association of Chefs' Societies (WAS).
The competition includes the FHC Shanghai International Culinary Team Championship, live hot cooking demonstrations of Chinese and Western cuisine, cold dish demonstrations, fruit and vegetable carving demonstrations, and live baking demonstrations. The competition invited and participated from 10 countries including Taiwan, China, South Korea, Australia, Italy, Singapore, and the Tibet Autonomous Region of China, as well as various provinces of China, totaling over 800 contestants. The competition has been successfully held for 25 sessions at the FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Fair, aiming to cultivate young chefs and promote the development of Chinese and Western cuisine. This makes it a highly valuable international culinary competition.
Students and faculty from the Department of Food and Beverage Management at JUST delivered outstanding performances in this international competition, winning gold, silver, and bronze medals, demonstrating their exceptional professional skills and innovative culinary techniques, and bringing glory to the university.
