JUST joins hands with Italian international chef Riccardo Depetris to hold a heritage and innovation chocolate art workshop
The Department of Food and Beverage Management of the College of Hospitality & Tourism Management of JUST held the "Inheritance and Innovation Chocolate Art Workshop" on June 13, in 2025, and specially invited Riccardo Depetris, an internationally renowned chocolate artist from Piedmont, Italy, to teach in person, leading teachers and students to deeply experience the flavor and production technology of top European chocolate.
