The topic is: "#The truth behind the click: #Self-awareness and protection in the process of online dating"

We invited #XingyuPsychologicalClinic #LuSiRu #CounselingPsychologist to give a speech.

The lecturer focused on the opportunities and risks brought by #onlinedating, and guided us to think about #self-knowledge and #self-protection in virtual interactions. In today's age of excessive online information, it is so important to remain vigilant and sincere. Learn to understand what you really want in a relationship and become more aware of what boundaries cannot be crossed.

The speaker also reminded everyone: Even if you have experienced the pain of being defrauded, you must know how to #change your mindset, seek help, and rebuild your self-worth and safety awareness from #failure. This is a course that combines psychological growth and reality awareness, allowing me to learn "how to better understand myself" from "how to protect myself". This class is not only a reminder of Internet safety, but also an exercise in mind and cognition, encouraging us to see the truer self and the world behind every click.
