#Diversity, #fairness and inclusion are not only applicable to the workplace, but also cover many aspects such as #education, #technology, #psychology, etc., and need to be promoted through practical actions. While #AI and #deep learning can help reduce bias, humans are ultimately needed to define standards of fairness and inclusion, and ensure that technology does not reinforce existing inequalities. Traditional values are gradually being challenged and new standards are being formed. For example, the change in the selection method of Miss America and the increasing influence of women in sports and the workplace all reflect the society's increasing acceptance of diversity.
