Stress is divided into (escape type) the addictive behavior of avoiding important decisions or conflicts, procrastinating until the last moment, and diverting attention. (Shopping/Alcoholism/Workaholic) (Suppression type) Isolate feelings or needs, easily unable to perceive stress, body or illness reactions. (Aggression) Criticizing and blaming oneself or others, resisting and complaining about behaviors that are overly controlling. In the lecture on emotion management, students gained an in-depth understanding of the nature of emotions and their impact on life.
The lecturer shared a variety of practical techniques to help students better deal with stress and anxiety. Through practical exercises, they can feel the importance of emotional regulation, which not only improves self-awareness, but also enhances the harmony of interpersonal relationships. Ultimately, mastering emotion management is key to pursuing happiness and success. How to deal with stress is a lifelong issue. Thank you to the psychologist for helping students solve part of their confusion!
