Food and Beverage Management Department of JWIT is one of the most prominent departments of hospitality education in northern Taiwan. There are sufficient professional classrooms available which include culinary demostration classroom,western culinary classroom, Chinese culinary classroom, cocktail mixing classroom,and multi-function classroom. The educational goal is to cultivate management professionals with the ability of planning, serving and managing. So far, graduates from this department have the reputation of good attitude and ability in hospitality industry.
