[Micro credits to get credits ~ After-class sharing/Health Zen Strength Tai Chi experience sharing]
Teacher Chen Zhangbo has been rigorous, natural, and casual all the way from a top domestic biologist (researcher at Academia Sinica), to the founder of ecotourism in Taiwan, and now to the innovator and promoter of "Zen Jin Tai Chi". Potential, admirable! "Strong", "Strength", and "Zen"! The Tao follows nature, relax and let go!
In recent years, Teacher Chen Zhangbo and his wife, accompanied by Lin Wenji, Yang Jiamei, the founders of the "Travel Good Farmer" magazine, and I, went to some high-quality leisure farms to demonstrate and promote "Zen Jin Tai Chi", which made the owners of leisure farms I am amazed with the staff, and feel that in a green and high-quality leisure farm, there can be a considerable degree of integration and improvement in terms of health preservation and physical and spiritual cultivation.
From the speech of Healthy Zen and Tai Chi, Teacher Chen introduced the basic concepts and movements of Tai Chi, explained to us how some fitness methods can help people achieve physical and mental harmony, and shared his past experience, and the whole process can be said to be a combination Type of slash life. And Taichi life is the way to make us better, better, and extreme. To achieve "Zen power", I can share an example: Our human brain can consume 20% of the oxygen in a small organ. How to avoid this waste? The easiest way is to "don't think wildly, be quiet and stable", let the body relax, focus on a small place, and slowly inhale and exhale. The strength of Zen Jin is the strength obtained from Taijiquan training, while Jin is internally for health preservation, and externally it is martial arts. No matter what aspect it is, it requires long-term practice and kung fu.
Teacher Chen taught us how to use our body in a relaxed way, not to fight against gravity. The whole speech was very inspiring. In addition to letting us understand the essence of Tai Chi, it also guided everyone to pay attention to their physical and mental health and actively seek themselves balance. At the same time, I discovered step by step that the core of this lecture is not just how to practice Tai Chi and understand health preservation, but the deeper aspect is to share with us the relationship between philosophy of life and Tai Chi. Including citing some stories of Confucius as a metaphor for finding one's own destiny, and positive energy is to inspire oneself and others, and to pursue life Taiji. "Learning in a life-based environment, the pursuit and practice of destiny, the stage is as big as the heart!" We present here are like drinking chicken soup for the soul, and we have gained a lot!
